How do I find out my ring size?
What if I need my ring resized?
We would be happy to resize your Thira ring to ensure the perfect fit. All silver rings will be charged an additional R120 resizing fee, and our gold at R250 per size.
If you purchased a product and return it unused and unworn, we will gladly redo your order to the revised appropriate size. However, all shipping costs are your responsibility. Please view our repair and returns policy page for more information.
I bought someone a gift from Thira Jewellery. Can I ship it directly to them?
Yes, simply provide us with their shipping address and give us their name in the comment box when placing your order. Please advise if invoice needs to be included.
How long will it take for me to get my Thira product?
If stock is available you should receive your Thira jewellery within 3 to 7 working days. Turnaround time for custom made jewellery such as the Theta range for example will up to 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
International shipping may take between 2 and 5 weeks.
All shipped products will provide a tracking number from our courier service.
If you need your order in a rush, please contact us on email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If unworn and unscathed, all goods can be returned to us within 14 days. Jewellery returns will need to be shipped at your own expense in the original undamaged packaging. Please have a look at our full returns policy in our website footer below.
How do I care for my jewellery?
All Thira jewellery is made from precious metals such as gold and sterling silver. You can clean your products with a jewellery cleaner or polishing cloth. Alternatively, it can be taken to a local jeweller for a polish.
What do I do if I lost a small stone from my ring?
Thira Jewellery is made to be beautiful and functional. On the rare occasion that a stone wedges loose, we will honour our obligation to repair your ring within 3 months of purchase at no charge, once we have inspected the product to ensure the fault was from our side.
If your stone has fallen out after 3 months of purchase, or if the ring was damaged on account of a mishap, there will be a fee for the repair and replacement of the gemstone or diamond.
It is important to remember that precious metals are sensitive. Thereforeit is recommended that you remove your jewellery before exercising, showering, swimming, bathing, sleeping etc to prolong its longevity.
Do we do engraving?
Thira Jewellery does not have an engraving facility. However you’re welcome to take your Jewellery to an outlet that does, to get engraved at your own expense.
How do I go about getting a custom made Thira piece?
Thira Jewellery does custom detailed designs. We have our own styles, but should you require your own design, we would be happy to oblige within the parameters that dictate copyright.
All precious metals like silver, yellow gold, white gold, including platinum, are available options.
